Green human resource management (GHRM) is the positive utilization of HRM functions to encourage the sustainable use of resources in business organizations and, in general, to assist the cause of environmental sustainability. The goal of ecology is to use products, services, and methods that do not harm the environment through pollution or the depletion of natural resources. GHRM, therefore, uses environmentally friendly human resource policies and functions, helps organizations to achieve their monetary goals with an environmentally positive image, and protects the environment from many bad impacts that may be caused by previous policies and practices performed by organizations.en_US
