    Abstract
    This is the report on the internship program at The City Bank Limited. This report has covered a variety of areas on the practices of human resources management and all the related policies The City bank follows. To prepare the report, secondary data are used. From the study, it is found that the City Bank Limited is a standout among the best banks among the third-age private banks. The bank has effectively entered its tenth year of activities. With a proficient and committed group of administration having long understanding, admirable learning and involvement in customary and current banking, the bank has made progress among its companion bunch inside a limited capacity to focus time. The City bank ltd has set equivalent emphasis on all the four major elements of the procedure of HRM-acquisition, development, motivation, and retention.
