Abstract
The study's major goal is to In a few selected commercial banks in Mogadishu, Somalia, assessing to obtain a practical grasp of HRM practices and their impact on bank performance. Three main objectives guided this: to determine the impact of hiring on the success of a few selected banks commercial banks in Mogadishu, Somalia; to assess the effect of recruitment on bank performance of some selected commercial banks in Mogadishu, Somalia; and to assess the effect of recruitment on bank performance of some selected commercial banks in Mogadishu, Somalia. The goal of this research was to see how the impact of training studies on the operation of a few commercial retail banks in the United States in Mogadishu, Somalia.
