Analysis of Human Resource Management (HRM) Activities- A Study on Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, Bashabo, Dhaka
Abstract
For my internship i got the opportunity to research in HR Banking opportunities at Islami Bank Bangladesh limited (Bashabo Branch).The banking system of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited is Shariah based.It is committed to producing high-quality financial services and goods that will help the nation's economic output grow by encouraging investment, accelerating production, boosting exports, creating job opportunities for skilled youngsters, supporting economic difficulties, raising the standard of living for those with limited financial resources, and improving the standard of living across the country .
Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd. gives an complete range of informative, funding and operational offerings to its company client in one package. HRM practices are highly followed right here for improvement of the relationship between the employees and the organizations. The organizational environment is a lot more desirable and healthier as it is an Islami Shariah based bank .This organization is delivering services in development financing, term loan, an import or export agreement, an asset demand, or a forward defense in a foreign exchange group action. The Bank is managed and run by a team of highly qualified and qualified employees with financial and banking skills. The bank's management never stops trying to understand and anticipate customer needs. The nature of the financial sector is constantly changing, thus it is the bank's responsibility to develop strategies and new services to deal with the constant change. I made an effort to include all of my experiences and HR practices (Job analysis, recruitment, selection etc.), in this report which I received from the bank and the IBBL manager.
