Abstract

My report narrates the Recruitment and Selection process of Acorn Infrastructure Services Limited- Bangla Trac that is one of the private organizations. During this study, I have gained some practical knowledge of Recruitment and selection process of this organization. Acorn Infrastructure Services Ltd is based on an Electricity Generation and Transmission company. Discussing recruitment and selection process at Acorn infrastructure services are one of prime context in my project report. Phone interview and online survey are two types of data collection methods of my report. As right person on the right job is necessary for every organization so recruitment and selection plays an emergent role. HR department also faces many challenges during recruitment and selection process of the organization.
