dc.description.abstractThe project report is centered on public sector employee motivation and performance in Mogadishu, Somalia. In order to prepare for this project, a survey was conducted at one of the public banks of Somalia. It employs a sophisticated recruitment and screening procedure to find the top people. It creates a relationship between the heavy workload and the expected performance, enabling the right output growth to be monitored against the previously set performance benchmark. Employee motivation is measured through continuing coaching and decomposition at the time of performance allocation. It also assists in the measurement of outcomes by highlighting requirements for learning and development. It prepares for planning and execution meetings every three months, then evaluates and evaluates the performance of employees using a performance model. It gives direction so that the director may ensure that employees' performance and outcomes are in line with the organization success, allowing them in order to acquire a competitive advantage over their rivals. A technique of required remuneration and incentive for employees who succeed at their employment by satisfying a set of performance standards that is both methodical and ethical. It helps employees grow, assist, develop, and be directed, as well as identify the source of employee dissatisfactionen_US
