dc.description.abstractEXIM Bank Ltd is one of the largest private banks in Bangladesh. The title of the report is “Human Resource Management Practices of EXIM Bank Bangladesh Limited”. This report mainly focused on HRM Practices and also on an overview of EXIM Bank Limited. In implementation of the Human Resource development strategy, EXIM bank Limited established its own training institute of the principal branch. Human Resource audits summarize each employee’s skill and ability. It is used for career planning of the employees. Moreover, Very competitive compensation package and liberal bonus policy are in practice for the purpose. Firstly, the introduction part is discussed. Then the objectives and methodology of the report are discussed. Then the organizational background and industry scenario are discussed. I have identified the Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats regarding HRM Practices in EXIM Bank. This study is conducted mainly by questionnaires and by taking oral interview of the officials on the basis of questionnaires. Finally this internship report has put some relevant problems which have been faced during the internship program and also put recommendations regarding those problems and finally drawn conclusion and appendix as well.en_US
