    Abstract
    In chapter one, the origin of the report , scope of the report, objective of the report, methodology of the report and limitation of the report has been discussed. In chapter two the discussion is the history, product and services and Organization structure of Agrani Bank Ltd. In chapter three, the function of Human Resource- Job analysis, Employee recruiting and selection, Employee training and development, Compensation and Benefit, Employee performance and management, Managerial Relations and Labor relations have been discussed. In chapter four I have discussed analysis and findings of the banking environment. And finally in chapter five the recommendation and conclusion is included.
