In chapter three, the function of Human Resource- Job analysis, Employee recruiting and selection, Employee training and development, Compensation and Benefit, Employee performance and management, Managerial Relations and Labor relations have been discussed. In chapter four I have discussed analysis and findings of the banking environment. And finally in chapter five the recommendation and conclusion is included.en_US
