    Abstract
Using smartphone or Google Glass provided by Augmedix when seeing patients by doctors or clinicians; what the company introduces as providers. Augmedix cloud-based platform and remote medical scribes’ complete documentation in real-time(live). Clinician reviews those documentations and completes final sign off. Digital firms are the non-malignant factors in our transforming economy. After the independence, from the poorest and least developed country of Asia to developing market economy our country has taken vast amount of initiatives. These initiatives include Digitalization, technology, IT infrastructure and not the least digital firms. The objective of the report is to assess Augmedix in the context of digital economy. This report is prepared through both primary data and secondary data. Some recommendations for Augmedix are - as a startup it is growing smoothly, but it needs to hire more employees as scribe and educate them properly as the amount of providers/doctors is much higher than they could provide. They need to produce high qualified scribes to fulfill providers’ requirement, considering the fact that this industry is very new. Moreover, there is a lot less competitions.
