dc.description.abstractIDLC Finance Limited is one the most renowned and trusted non-financial banking institution of Bangladesh. In 1985, IDLC started its journey and gradually expanded their services. IDLC SME division started journey in 2005 to provide business loans. SME division successfully growing business services and contribute to the betterment of economy. The topic of my report is ‘Human Resource Practices of SME division of IDLC Finance Limited”. HR department plays vital role in an organization. HR department has many functions to manage the employee. They hire the potentials to get the competitive advantage. Train employees for their personal development and make them efficient. Provide compensation based their performance. In this report, I briefly discussed about the HR practices of SME division of IDLC. Firstly I have given short description about IDLC and SME division. Then I have given the procedure of their recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, and the compensation guideline etc. I completed this report based on experiences of my internship period. Lastly, I finished my report with some minor recommendation and conclusion.en_US
