    Abstract
    The objective of this research is to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction, quality of work and job performance of employees. To attain this aim, the study accumulated 100 samples from Eastern University, Dhaka and respondents were existing employees of the university. Sampling method for this study was convenient method. Multiple regression, ANOVA, and t-test were used for data analysis. The results show that job satisfaction is statistically influencing job performance but quality of work in this case is not influencing job performance. The study also reveals that job satisfaction and quality of work are rightly predicting job performance, which is confirmed through ANOVA. This work contributes to existing literature by assessing job performance based on job satisfaction and quality of work which is an exceptional effort in Bangladesh in respect of private university.
