    Abstract
    Bank Alfalah is a private bank in Pakistan incorporate on Jume21.1997, as a public limited company under the companies act 1984. Bank Alfalah started its operation in Bangladesh from 2015 with the winning of Shamil Bank of Bahrain. It is the 5th largest bank in Pakistan. This bank has a strong Human Resource Management Department and it supports the organization to acquire the objecting and works with a focus accomplishing the mission & vision of the organization. The main objects of this report are to analysis how HRM activities are practiced in the bank Alfalah and to what content does it similar to my educational program. This report makes based on primary and secondary data. I have collected primary date by face to face conversation with bank Alfalah personnel and the secondary data was collected from the employee handbook of the organization and the website. This report mainly focused on how HRM activities are guided in bank Alfalah and the company assess employee’s performance. This report also describes my opinion on HRM activities of Bank Alfalah and takes measures some recommendation which could benefit the organization.
