    Abstract
Bangladesh is a highly populated country having the demand for quality food and other consumer items. Producing bulk amount of food is still a big challenge .Unimart Ltd provide good % fresh quality products to the customers. It is possible because of their effective distribution system and efficient depots management. Unimart Ltd business, is a sister concern of United Group ltd. and it is one of the leading and reputed corporate company in Bangladesh, introducing and implementing such types of business so that people of Agribusiness related persons can get the best profits and solutions and Bangladesh can be fulfilling the food & household industry in the future. In this report I analyzed the performance of Unimart Limited in terms of ratio analysis. The ratios are used considering the liquidity, profitability, solvency and market-based dimensions. The liquidity position of Unimart was more or less stable except the last period. It was unable to efficiently handle the assets in the business in recent period and had the impact in generating the earnings from the business. Interestingly, market-based performance was good despite the fact that Unimart had worse performance in transforming assets into sales and produce the revenues from those sales. The conclusion can be said that investors in Bangladesh market did not focus the performance of the company rather they blindly made their decision in purchasing the stocks.
