    Abstract
The report shares to the three-month working experience on Social Islami Bank Limited (SIBL). I had placed at Gulshan Branch of SIBL. This report gives a proper idea of the HR practices to motivate the employees of the Bank. SIBL began to work in 5th July 1995 and is into its business task on 22nd November to give selected service facilities to its customer and to fulfill the needs of the customers to take care of the demand of banking service all over Bangladesh. During the limited time of SIBL's Human resource management, the bank had been generally acclaimed by the business network from independent company people to the high multinational company for forward-looking business outlook and innovative financial solution. I've divided the study between several chapters. At first, I am going to share the basic introduction of making this report. Secondly, I will share an overview of social Islami bank limited, and then I'll discuss how and which procedures Social Islami Bank Limited applies to motivate their employees in the bank. At the end of my report, I'll share some recommendation where I have experienced difficulties inside the management of employees. Hopefully, all of that situations can be improved with the recommendations.
