This report represents working experience in private commercial Bank ”BRAC Bank Limited” as internship report for BBA program. BRAC Bank desires to set standards as the market pioneer in Bangladesh. BRAC Bank shows that, how a locally owned institution can provide efficient friendly and modern full service banking on a profitable basis. The main purpose of the study is to get knowledge about BRAC bank retail banking service of BRAC Bank Ltd and also gaining the practical experience of corporate life and the theoretical knowledge in the real life. Throughout the whole program, different experiences have been gathered by working in several departments of BRAC Bank. This internship report discloses the background, history of the organization, product, & services provided by the bank and recommendation given best on the experiences gathered. In this report, different types of strategies are discussed that the bank used to promote their products & services and for the assessment of their employees. The mission, vision, & management of BRAC Bank has also discussed briefly in this report. But main focus of this report is retail banking. Different types of retail products and their basic features are discussed elaborately in this report. Best on the findings and analysis comparisons with other banking sectors have also been made. Lastly, this report includes with some positive and negative findings from my overall internship experience at BRAC Bank Ltd. All the departments in the bank work co-dependently and together they are developing new business ideas & taking the bank’s business to new heights. So the bank always gives their best effort to provide quality services to the customer.
