    Abstract
    The main purpose of this report is to concentrate on organizational development through training and development in City Bank Limited. Any kind of training gives the prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of every employee. This report emphasis on several types of training City Bank arranges for the different level of employee that is identified. The key intention of the report has been to generate a practical understanding of the training and development of City Bank LTD for development of employees also their organization. Chapter one is based on the introduction which includes topics like the origin of the report, the objectives of the report and scope of the report and chapter two based on methodology. Chapter three states a brief background about City Bank limited which includes the overall banking activities, and operational processes, the product and service description also portrait in this chapter. Chapter four described literature review which includes the definition of training and development and it’s Process, the objective of the study of training & development, approaches to training & development, discussion about training and development and its role in Achieving Organization Development and guidelines for employee professional evaluation & development. Chapter five is all about the theoretical analyses of City Bank Limited. This chapter includes a theoretical overview of training and development which is important for organization development. In this chapter I tried to focus on different types of training, the objective of training, ways of finding training need identification, evaluation after training, individual performance assessment and impact analysis of the City bank limited, it’s HR departmental activities and employee’s behaviour and outcomes regarding this. Chapter six also includes the major findings and signifies the recommendation and summaries the study by giving a conclusion.
