    Abstract
    In 1993, Amin Mohammad Group began its journey as a real estate developer company. AMG is working in Bangladesh for a long time and in the sector of real estate they are truly giving fantastic service. To supports the organization in order to achieve the objectives and works with a focus on accomplishing the mission and vision of the organization, AMG has a solid Human Resource department. To identify how performance appraisal is practiced in AMG is the objective of the report and to what extent does it match with my educational program. HR department basically conduct the performance appraisal of AMG. Both primary and secondary data are used to prepare this report. With interviewing personnel I have gathered primary data and secondary data was collected from the organization’s employee handbook, website, and other relevant books. How performance appraisal is conducted in AMG and how the company evaluates employees’ performance is the main focus of this report. Here I also do some major analysis which shows the main portion of the performance appraisal system of AMG and also provide a short summary of the major Findings. In the end, I provide some recommendation with the implementation process on performance appraisal of which might benefit the organization for the long run.
