    Abstract
    The internship program is an obligatory demand for the scholars who want to be a BBA graduate from United International University. I used to be with a number of the organization named Dutch Bangla Bank Ltd. for this intern program. This report has been equipped with my partial experiences on the day to day banking activities, educational information and underneath shut direction of my core support additionally as my official supervisor. The report entitled “General Banking Activities & Customers Service Satisfaction of Dutch Bangla Bank Limited” has been completed as a partial fulfillment of BBA program licensed by the department of Business Administration of United International University.
