    Abstract
    This internship report is prepared based on the Audit procedure of PKF Aziz Halim Khair Choudhury Chartered Accountants. During the 4-month internship period, I gained practical knowledge about the audit procedure followed by the Bangladesh Chartered Accountancy firm. The internship topic was An Overview of Audit Procedures of PKF Aziz Halim Khair Choudhury, Chartered Accountants, along with specific recommendations. The report has six parts, which also include the references. Chapter one is the introduction of the report, which discusses the background of the report, the objective, and data collection. Chapter two discusses the organizational background and industry perspectives, which also include the organization profile and industry scenario. Chapter three is the Findings and analysis part, which discusses the details of the Audit procedure about the PKF Aziz Halim Khair Choudhury. The recommendation and conclusion parts were discussed in Chapter Four. Chapter five includes the job duties and responsibilities, Outcomes, and Limitations. This report mainly focuses on both professional learning objectives and the current Industrial scenario of audit and consultancy firms in Bangladesh. There are more than 250 firms that are regulated by ICAB, and together they ensure accountability, compliance, and transparency in financial reporting. Audit software has further enhanced the efficiency and reliability of the audit procedure, as well as many challenges such as high staff turnover, workload Pressure, and continuous updates in auditing standards, which remain key concerns for the sector. In the course of four four-month practical exposures, I was directly involved in several practical tasks like checking vouchers, preparing lead schedules, reviewing supporting documents, and analyzing ledger data through Tally Prime software & prepared an Audit report for the client. Also responsible for organizing audit documents, which allowed me to gain hands-on exposure to auditing procedures. These experiences not only sharpened my technical skills but also developed professional qualities such as teamwork, Communication, Time management, and adherence to ethics. I also observed how the auditor complies with ISA Standards and ICAB Guidelines, while also understanding how accounting standards operate in real business Environments.
