General Operation of Agora Limited
Abstract
This internship report is prepared based on my internship experience in the Accounting Department at the head office of Agora Limited. The main objective of the report is to present a detailed analysis of the general operations, financial processes and accounting system of the company. During the internship, I got the opportunity to get directly acquainted with various accounting activities at the head office. These include recording daily transactions, managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Payroll process and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. In addition, I observed the process of ensuring transparency of financial activities through the use of various internal control systems, accounting policies and software. This report presents in detail the departmental structure of the company, operational policies and the process of cooperation of the accountant with other departments. It also includes observations, experiences and some recommendations during the internship. In short, this internship helped me gain theoretical knowledge as well as practical experience, which will contribute significantly to my academic and professional development.
