    Abstract
This report documents my three-month internship experience as a Digital Marketing Operations Intern at iHover Communication, a digital-first integrated marketing agency in Bangladesh. The internship served as a bridge between my academic learning in business and marketing and the practical demands of working in a fast-paced professional environment. The primary purpose of this report is to highlight how theoretical marketing concepts such as campaign planning, consumer targeting, and content performance analysis; were applied in real client projects. During my tenure, I actively participated in digital campaigns, social media management, client coordination, and reporting activities. I gained hands-on experience with industry-standard tools including Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Canva, and Trello, which enhanced my ability to manage campaigns and monitor performance effectively. My internship provided exposure to several notable clients, including Kazi & Kazi Tea, Godrej Bangladesh, Robi Careers, and HIT Bangladesh. Among these, the work on Kazi & Kazi Tea was particularly enriching, as it involved managing social media platforms, coordinating product shoots, and creating content for a premium lifestyle brand. This role deepened my understanding of brand storytelling, consumer psychology, and the nuances of marketing luxury organic products. Similarly, projects for Godrej and Robi broadened my skills in handling diverse brand communication strategies across FMCG and corporate sectors. Beyond technical skills, the internship significantly contributed to my professional growth. I developed stronger communication abilities, learned to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, and adapted to the dynamic nature of agency life. The experience taught me the importance of meeting deadlines, maintaining creativity under pressure, and delivering client-centric solutions.
