    Abstract
During my internship at ACI Logistics Limited (Shwapno), I gained a lot of knowledge, and this report provides you with a comprehensive overview of those lessons. This paper demonstrates that large-scale businesses may prosper by integrating human resources and logistics. It also stresses the need of providing enough training, making choices based on data, and continuously monitoring employee performance as major factors in their success. I was responsible for planning trainings, analyzing data pertaining to human resources, evaluating the performance of staff members, and ensuring that everyone was in compliance. The development of training scorecards for workers, the creation of dashboards in Power BI, and the programming of Google Sheets all took up a significant amount of my time. As a member of the team, I was responsible for establishing training invitation systems, keeping track of who showed up, assisting with the development of efficiency measures, and assessing the reasons why employees were leaving the organization. In addition to the ideas, HR should be given direct access to SQL databases, the HRIS dashboard should be upgraded, the training schedule should be automated, and more methods of collecting feedback should be included. In the retail sector, I now have a greater understanding of how human resources and logistics work together to contribute to the success of the organization. Additionally, I was able to acquire practical information about vital HR tools such as analytics, compliance procedures, and how to measure performance, all of which contribute to the enhancement of Shwapno's growth and increases in efficiency.
