    Abstract
This internship report is an in-depth reflection of my professional experience at bKash Limited, the leading Mobile Financial Services (MFS) provider in Bangladesh, as part of the requirements for the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree at United International University. Although my academic major is in Management Information Systems, this internship in the Human Resources division allowed me to explore organizational dynamics and employee data coordination which are linked to MIS. Working directly under the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team, I was given a chance to acquire some first-hand experience on how HR functions in a large-scale business environment. The report starts with the introduction of the background, growth story, service offerings, financial condition, and industry background of bKash. bKash as an example of an innovative fintech company in Bangladesh, with more than 74 million users and Tk 41.90 billion of profits in 2023, has a substantial network of agents that offers financial inclusion to its population. Its HR Division, which is categorized into a few specialized divisions, is a major factor that facilitates such growth as being linked with business strategy in terms of talent. As an intern, some of my areas of work were employee engagement initiatives, interview scheduling and internal-communication projects. These roles gave me an opportunity to make significant contributions and at the same time acquire competencies in communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail. To sum up, this internship was an experience that made my knowledge about Human Resources and its strategic value in contemporary organizations even clearer. It gave me real skills, industry knowledge and confidence which will contribute greatly to my future career.
