Sustainable Corporate Reporting-An overview
Abstract
Sustainability report refers the present condition of a company that shows weather it will be sustain or not in the future time. There are various aspects to determine the fact to assume sustainability of a company. The calculation of sustainability needs different financial data and market survey. Sustainability reporting helps the organization to realize their impacts of wide range of sustainability issues, making them transparent about the risks and opportunities that the organization usually face. A sustainability report also represents the organization's values and governance model. Sustainability reporting can help organizations to measure, understand and communicate their economic, environmental, and social and governance performance, and then set goals that would be more effective for their organization. Sustainability report helps the investor and shareholder to take decision whether they should invest or not.
