    Abstract
The Bachelor of Business Administration will be awarded on completion of the required course work for the BBA degree and an internship program. This report was generated as a part of my internship with Data Path Ltd, a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) organization Based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, Data Path Ltd. is a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for US retirement / 401(k) plans. A US-based company, Advance Steel Tube Mills (ASTM), owns the majority share of BD) Bangladesh office of Data Path Ltd (an Offshore branch of July Business Services Ltd). This post is related to TPA BPO company work which involves some 401(k) plans, so have this case and for the same do some BPO research of 401(k) client satisfaction and offshore office effectiveness. Descriptive research design Data were analyzed and data were presented to offer an understanding of the concept. There were 3 hypotheses developed for the survey and a total of 66 samples had been collected based on the principle of convenience sampling. The data was analyzed using mean, standard deviation and Z-test statistics Hypothesis testing was successfully employed as both of the findings of alternative for each hypothesis should be accepted. The analysis outcome point the goal of the research at a glance, as clients are happy with the TPA´s global legal and financial decision-making assistance; A local office for 401 (k) handling and advice launched by another TPA offshore complying to its applied rules; this service can be referred from existing assignees to their companies. In the market, business process outsourcing is needed to drive job creation. Outsourcing is easy with today’s information technology. The IRS and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) regulate 401(k) plans in the United States. Finally it may be tough to outsource this business from any other country but with superior man power nothing is impossible.
