    Abstract
An internship program's main goal is to give students exposure to the workplace and the chance to apply their academic knowledge to practical settings. In addition, completing this internship assignment is essential to earning a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree. I joined atB Jobs Bangladesh to ensure the successful completion of the report. The first chapter is focused on introducing the HRM, recruitment, screening, and placement and brief company profile. The second chapter covers the objectives of the study; the primary objectives and secondary objectives. The third chapter covers the report methodology and fourth chapter is all about the company profile and industry perspectives. In the fifth chapter, I have explained the atB job’s HRM practices and my internship experience. In the final section, I've presented my analysis and suggestions for atB jobs Bangladesh.
