    Abstract
    This research paper makes an attempt to study the impact of Employee engagement on overall performance of Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. The study assign with the study of literature on Employee Engagement theory, and Human Resources Strategies. This study is based on Primary and Secondary data which is collected through my own idea, doing surveys and employees interviews. Through primary and secondary data analyses, this report seeks to understand the positive/negative correlation between employee engagement and its subsequent impact on the organizational performance. This research will analyze the employee’s satisfaction and their engagement toward their organization. I conducted the report through many employees survey and their valuable feedback, and then gathered all of their information to complete my report. In this project I will discuss many employees working experiences to their organization. The aim of the report is to present the importance and effect of employee engagement in the assemble sector and increase the employees engagement toward their work and also motivate them to active their work. The report will be conducted through a comprehensive review of employees to know whether the employees are satisfied or dissatisfy in their organization and its employee engagement is very important part of an organization and to continue an organization to do a better work in future it’s very needed.
