HR Practices of FLY FAR INTERNATIONAL
Abstract
This internship report has been prepared based on the three-month-long internship program that I had completed as an HR Intern at Fly Far International, a leading travel agency in Bangladesh. Throughout the internship, I was actively engaged in various HR initiatives and working with office equipment. Stepping into a practical or corporate world setting FLY FAR INTERNATIONAL has helped me gather many outstanding working experiences over the past few weeks.
The primary goal of this report's preparation was to demonstrate Fly Far International's general HRM procedures. I attempted to connect the academic and theory-based studies with the real-world situation in this paper. There was a chance to learn about HRM procedures as well as general organizational procedures during this internship term. Even though the learning session was somewhat limited due to organizational confidentiality concerns, it was still a fantastic chance for anyone to gain real-world experience. Information for this paper was gathered from a number of reliable sources.
I have attempted to provide a thorough analysis of Fly Far International's hiring and selection procedures, training and development plans, performance reviews, pay management system, and other human resources operations in this report. Additionally, it will provide a brief overview of the business, including its history, overview, and analysis, as well as information on its products, services, and HR operations. In the end, I came to a few findings and made a suggestion regarding Fly Far International.
Moreover, the report highlights the practical insights gained during the internship. Overall, my internship at Fly Far International provided valuable hands-on experience in HR practices, also about company policies as well as handling office equipment.
