    Abstract
    The objective of the study aims to provide a concise overview of Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited's Service Supply Chain Management. It has mostly focused on the business tactics and different Islamic banking systems that were observed during the introduction, history, and goal, report data sources, scope, and limitations of AIBL discussion in chapter one. The company overview, products, and services of AIBL were covered. The focus of this report is the Service Supply Chain Management in Banking Sector. The entire report was divided into six chapters as a result. The study’s main component is a project that looks into how AIBL providing their service and how they are developing. This study primarily examines to how they giving their customer value, customer satisfaction, how they handle to customer problem, money management, inventory and other things. In the banking sector, day by day service supply chain management has grown in importance in the world where technology is developing and updating quickly and customer expectations are changing. In order that, banks to maintain a competitive advantage, they must manage their service delivery processes well in order to maximize operational effectiveness, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve customer satisfaction. Stakeholder management, support services, service design, and delivery are all included in the holistic approach that is service supply chain management. Al-Arafah Islami Bank Ltd. can increase client loyalty and enhance service quality by optimizing these procedures.
