    Abstract
The objective of this paper is to study ACI Logistics Ltd.'s (Shwapno) Supply Chain Management of Protein and Perishable Goods, highlighting its advantages, difficulties, and prospective improvement areas. Within the company, study time lasted for three months. A thorough summary of Shwapno's database, various activities, and wastage status are provided in the report. This gives context for the products of the organization, which are categorized, and lays the foundation for the analysis that follows. The study's main component is a project that looks into how Shwapno conducts its retail company and how they are developing. The study primarily examines how cost-effective supply chain integration is. How they handle inventory, distribution, logistics, and these other things. The outcomes shed light on the potential benefits of this shift. The three-month project timeframe may have constrained the scope of data collection, and analysis, which the paper notes as one of its shortcomings. Additionally, the widespread use of sensitive data was constrained by worries about confidentiality. The next section gives a thorough rundown of the internship experience. The tasks, responsibilities, outcomes, and any challenges faced during the internship are all described in this section. It sets the stage for the discussion of the Shwapno's preservation and wastage analysis that follows. The project advises Shwapno to keep implementing wastage reduction practices, particularly platform, based on the study's findings. It emphasizes how this contemporary method has the potential to be more cost-effective and significantly reduce waste. The paper emphasizes how this updated methodology could boost the organization's ordering and inventory management procedures, resulting in greater effectiveness.
