Assessing Human Resource Management Process of Future Connect Education and Migration Services
Abstract
During my internship with Future Connect Education and Migration Services, a consulting
company with a regional office in Bangladesh and authorization from Australia, I'm submitting
this report. This report's major objective is to provide examples of my internship experience so
that I may better understand the department's overall functionality and efficiency. I was given a
position in the operations and human resources divisions of FCE. Payroll, training courses, hiring
practices, workplace safety, and performance review systems are largely handled by this sector.
This report provides a summary of the human resources policies and procedures followed by
Future Connect Education and Migration Services.
I gathered all of the information in this report utilizing both internal and external analyses. I
requested an internal analysis from the CEO of the business and my manager. For the external
analysis, I consulted a number of sources, including the corporate website and the annual KPI
report. This report's objective is to give readers helpful information on FCE's HR operations.
Additionally, this report has special sections that are meant to highlight my individual
viewpoints, experiences, successes, chores, observations, and epiphanies from my internship
with the company. These sections discuss how my internship helped me grow personally, the
difficulties I encountered, and how I overcome them.
