    Abstract
This internship report primarily discusses my experience working at GIM Digital Truck. The report focuses in the areas of Trip management, Booking the Trips and Route calculation & Invoice calculations. Report analyzes the process of receiving customer trip requests and relevant operations activities. After the trip is created successfully and the Trucks are assigned to the Trip it is my responsibility to calculate the Route distance they are travelling and calculating the price amount, after the estimation of rate of the trip then booking that truck to the assigned trip, and finally when the trips are completed an invoice is generated. As a student of Supply Chain management, my allocated task helped me tremendously in understanding how an online transportation company based on technology operates. The Sales-Operation & Logistics Supply Demand department is one of the busiest and most crucial parts of a logistics company. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to work in the Department of supply chain & sales-operations. I have also learnt how to use business intelligence tools. The report takes a descriptive general approach because it covers every aspect of GIM Digital Truck's company operations. In this case, both primary and secondary sources were utilized. I gathered primary data by questioning my coworkers and supervisor, as well as secondary data from various helpful related journals. At the conclusion of this report, some suggestions have been added. I'm optimistic that this will be beneficial for company.
