    Abstract
The Akij Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest conglomerates, has a wide range of businesses. Founded in 2020 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Akij Resources Limited, Akij Essentials Limited (AEL) officially opened for business that November. During those three months, I got to work for a major organization, which was a fantastic opportunity. The marketing plan of Akij Essentials Limited (AEL) is the basis of this study. In addition to outlining marketing efforts, this report gives readers a glimpse into the workings of other divisions. This report's first section is dedicated to introducing Akij Essentials Limited (AEL), detailing the company's storied past, its goods and services, its management structure, and its goal, vision, and culture. In the following section, I'll go over the tasks I've been given in the marketing department and some of my thoughts on the experience so far. My observations and the reasoning behind them make up the third segment. My final portion concludes with my recommendation. My goal in writing this report was to offer some suggestions based on my own judgment that readers might find helpful. The information presented here is well-organized and helpful, despite the report's flaws.
