Digitalization of E-Recruitment System and Organizational Performance of Hishabee Technology Limited
Abstract
The importance of human capital cannot be emphasized, which is why organizational studies have included the development of human resource management as an essential element. Workers have the ability to either boost or decrease a company's status, which eventually has an effect on the organization's overall success. Because of this, the influence that workers have on an organization's reputation may be considered significant. The purpose of this study is to analysis the impact of e-recruitment on the performance of organizations in the Hishabee Technology Limited. A study utilizing qualitative research techniques was carried out through interview from the employees of Hishabee Technology Limited as well as personal observations during internship period. The study has demonstrated that electronic recruitment is an essential component of managing human resources, and therefore a fundamental factor in the success of an organization and performance. The study's findings suggest that the integration of developing online recruitment sources, providing trainings to the recruiters about e-recruitment software into the current recruitment practices, solving technical issue during online assessments, developing strong employer brand can result in more proficient and economical procedures for human resource hiring potential candidates by electronic recruitment and selection process. By utilizing e-recruitment software and adhering to established best practices, organizations can effectively identify and retain talented individuals, thereby increasing their overall efficiency.
