An Overview on HRM Division of the NCC Bank Ltd
Abstract
This report is based on my three months of practical experience at NCC Bank Limited. The Internship Program greatly aided me in learning about the real-world situation of a financial institution. Banks play an important role in keeping the economic development wheel turning in the modern era. NCC Bank Limited has been operating as a leading private commercial bank in Bangladesh, with a strong business arrangement of 126 branches, 65 Division, Upa-Shakha 6 throughout the country, providing sincere and customized banking services to its customers in a welcoming and technologically advanced environment. The Bank's functions include a wide range of services and functional activities for individuals, businesses, corporations, and other multinational organizations.
The report begins with a profile of NCC Bank Ltd, including its background history, mission, vision, products and services offered, corporate culture, and organizational hierarchy. Then next contains information about my internship activities and job responsibilities during my internship at the Bank. The following section is the most extensive, and it includes the project, HR Practice in NCC Bank Ltd. Introduction to the topic, recruitment and selection process, training and development, compensation policy, leave management, training evaluation process, performance appraisal, career development and so on are all part of the project. Each chapter begins with a detailed explanation of the HR functions, followed by NCC Bank HRD. Next section of the report conducts a SWOT analysis, which analyzes the report's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
Based on my observation, found that they don’t give any compensation to an intern, and also not prepared what an intern should do in their organization. If they organize all the things that an intern should do for 3 months then give compensation according to the hardworking of the intern. It will help them to find next best employee for their organization.
