    Abstract
    In the first part of this report Firstly, I have represented introduction part and also discuss the background of the study where I focus on objectives of the study. And also discuss the methodology where I discuss how I collect information for this report. During preparation of this report, I have faced so many barriers that I have been discussed in the limitations sectors. The next part or the second chapter I have been discussed the background of the bank. In that chapter, I have been discussed the sectors that is pertinent to the bank’s history. Actually, in this sector, I have been overviewing the backbone of the bank. After the second chapter, I explain HR policies and its practices followed by RBL in the third chapter. And also explain how an effective HR policy can motivate its employee to attain organizational goals and objectives by exploiting it for the sake of the employee. Here, I entered all the rules and regulations that I found when I was doing my internship at the bank. The fourth chapter is all about SWOT analysis and findings, which are also discussed on the basis of how the objectives of the report meet up with the findings. In the fifth chapter I have been discussed the recommendations & conclusion sectors and, in that two sector I also shows how RBL can enhance its activity and exploit it resources at its high level to fulfill its objective & goal. In the sixth chapter I discussed my learning process that I have been learned during my internship. So, at the end or the seventh chapter I have enlisted the reference point that helps me doing my report successfully.
