    Abstract
This project report analyzes the impact of the Covid-19 virus on the HRM practices used in the FMCG sector. The FMCG industry is one of the fastest-growing segments of the market. They have a significant role in and are tied to people's daily lives. Insight into what's going on in business organizations and how they're managing their human resource strategies in the face of difficult conditions is the report's express purpose. It will make the internal setting of the FMCG sector's HRM practices clear. The data needed for the project report was also gathered using primary and secondary sources. The third part of the study provides an overview of a few of the companies that provided important research data as well as information on the current situation of the FMCG sector. Chapter 4 discusses how the virus affected the HR operations and maintenance throughout the whole FMCG industry.
