    Abstract
Act for Displaced (AfD) is a Bangladesh-based think tank providing evidence that challenges the current ways of working in humanitarian aid and displaced affairs. Act for Displaced aims to transform ideas within the humanitarian, social, and business sectors, and turn them into innovations, knowledge, and strategies. The Act for Displaced works to equip humanitarian responders with knowledge, skills, and competencies so that people affected by crises get the right help when they need it most. Partnering with organizations across the humanitarian sector, Act for Displaced promotes principled humanitarian response through collaborative knowledge production and services. This report is a detailed overview of my internship journey at Act for Displaced as a digital outreach associate. Act for Displaced offers services such as insights content and news content, Stories/Poetry/Interviews, and global opportunities. Act for Displaced implement these services by providing a platform for individuals and organizations to connect, share information, and support each other in the field of conflict, displacement, and peacebuilding globally. The services provided by AfD benefit the audience or consumers by providing them with valuable information, resources, and support in their work related to conflict, displacement, and peacebuilding. Lastly, my report includes a discussion of the online service quality which I always fancy to get exposure from the real-life scenario. Engaging in a training program for seven weeks of my internship journey to self-equipped and applying the acquired knowledge to real work spheres was an epiphany. Furthermore, I have provided some recommendations regarding the activities that the Act for Displaced should undertake in order to increase the productivity of departmental operations. The recommendations I have made are intended to benefit them and then the overall conclusion is provided from completely my point of view.
