Internship Report On LankaBangla Securities Ltd.

Abstract

In this report I broadly explained overview of the LankaBangla Securities Limited, SWOT analysis between LBSL and IDLC and my experience, learning, and contributions. In the first chapter, overview of the company, I tried to give a clear idea about LankaBangla. In the second chapter I have conducted a SWOT analysis between LBSL and IDLC, where I have discussed about their services, their financial conditions like ROE, ROA, EPS, net profit after tax, operating revenue, debt, their technology, their strategy. Analyzing these two leading companies about the relevant areas, I tried to draw a comparison between these two and thus where LBSL has scope to furter improve. In the last chapter, I have discussed about my experience, what I learnt in my internship period and my contributions to the company. The most important part of the third chapter, how we handled an entire project is broadly explained. In addition, I gave the format of the general company instructed by foreign client. It will make the reader clearer about the project. However, the experience I get over there and how I learn things while completing the project everything is very clearly explained in the third chapter.
