    Abstract
The study explores employee learning and development activities in the context of Daraz Bangladesh, a leading e-commerce company. The primary objective of this academic internship report is to complete a requirement for the BBA program and gain a deeper understanding of HRM theories and their applications in the job field. The secondary objectives include gaining an understanding of the operation and functions of the learning and development department at Daraz Bangladesh, exploring the challenges and opportunities faced, understanding the impact of technology, and the role of the department in the Daraz 11.11 Campaign. The methodology demonstrates that this study is based on primary data (practical experience, face-to-face conversation, personal observations, field visits) and secondary data (websites, prior research studies, relevant articles, and other publications) collected through a qualitative interview with 3 key personnel of the Learning and Development (L&D) department of Daraz Bangladesh. The data was collected through a prepared questionnaire and analyzed using reading materials, on-ground knowledge, and past trends. The study had limitations such as data confidentiality, time constraints, lack of sufficient data. Findings and Analysis mention that Daraz Bangladesh has a separate (L&D) department that provides regular trainings to riders and operators through technology and practical work. The L&D team also implements 6S in all hubs, which refers to Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety. It also conducts a review analysis of customer feedback, identifies operational issues, investigates, analyzes and provides training based on the results to improve customer satisfaction. The team is also responsible for maintaining compliance, releasing newsletters and highlights, and conducting workshops for Daraz employees. The recommendations show improvements for Daraz Bangladesh Ltd.'s Learning and Development team to bring more effective and efficient results. These include taking feedback from employees after training, organizing monthly sessions with employees, increasing workshops, collaborating with industry organizations for specialized training, and turning L&D team members into certified trainers. Following these recommendations for the L&D department can support employee growth and contribute to the company's success.
