    Abstract
This report mainly looks at a special project from the perspective of an intern, as well as the usual day-to-day activities in SGS Bangladesh's finance department. An important part of any business is the finance department. The business cannot run smoothly without the finance department. I had a wonderful time working for SGS Bangladesh LTD for four months. The first section of my report is devoted to the introduction, which covers topics such as the introduction, the study's background, the study's objective, the analysis, the study's scope, and the difficulties encountered while completing the report. After that, I will discuss SGS's entry into Bangladesh, the company's analysis and industry analysis, which services they offer, corporate governance, organizational structure, and my experience with the company. This report will only include information about acknowledgment receipts in SGS Bangladesh LTD's finance department. I have provided modes of transactions in this section to illustrate this. Then, the conclusion and recommendations I have followed in this report leads to the analysis part of the past. In the next part of the report, I give the VAT and TAX analysis and the SWOT analysis of the VAT and TAX of SGS Bangladesh Limited and some findings as well as some recommendations for the improvement of the company. While SGS Bangladesh is transferring transaction modes from paper to electronic, its transaction modes are still paper-based.
