Internship Project Report on Improving Employee’s KSA Through Training and Development Practices
Abstract
This report is based on internship work experience and information gathered during internship. Now-a-days, training and development is a widely practice topic. Every company tries to give quality training to their employee so that they could gain competitive advantage in the market. This report explains the practice and the importance of Training and Development of BDBL for the betterment of employee’s KSA (knowledge, skill, ability/attitude). The report is segmented into five parts.
The first part of this report contains a short Introduction containing background of the report, rational of the report, scope of this report and objective of the report. Then, mythology of the report and limitations of the report.
The second part have literature review based - understanding of what is Training and Development (Training and development) and its importance, practice, process and the relation between Training and development with the improvement of Employee’s KSA. All these information is stated through various authors’ literature
The third part of this report gives a total outlook of the company -BDBL. This part also contains information of the HR practice of BDBL and Training and Development practice. Some training practices are also included- which are frequently practice at BDBL for their employee improvement.
The fourth part of this report has some analysis and findings regarding BDBL. The data was collected by doing survey on BDBL Employee’s and analyzed and sorted out by charts and tables.
For the final part a short conclusion is given with some recommendations.
