Marketing Strategies of Bizzcom Platform Limited
Abstract
This is an internship report for the Client Servicing Department of BizzCom Platform Limited as a portion of the Internship program at United International University. There is also some information from the point of view of the planning division. The daily activities consisted of communicating with clients based on customary agency tasks such forecasting activation times, following up on events, visiting with vendors, and submitting drawings in response to client requests.
The method of client support activity is intricate. An executive in this department is required to deliver a ton of documentation and support every day. It was a difficult responsibility as an intern. However, a lot of knowledge was gained which will surely be of use for future success in the field.
In 2016, BizzCom Platform Limited was established. It has a reputation for being among the most continuously inventive businesses in Bangladesh. For the past eight years, they have offered consumers high-standard services that are both of great quality and value. Their exceptional efforts in fostering client connections have equipped them with the skills necessary to effectively manage transactions that substantially satisfy the needs and satisfaction levels of their clients. According to the business, in order to stay one step ahead of the competition, we consistently re-address the ever-changing needs of our clients. Under the direction of my research coordinator, the thorough data gathering for the study was carried out methodically.
