    Abstract
    Integrated marketing communication is a very popular concept among marketers nowadays because it gives them the opportunity to communicate with clients using all of their marketing tools. Due to their ability to continuously support marketers in presenting their message to customers in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, marketing agencies today have emerged as crucial players in the communication process. Twelve Clothing is a Team Group retail brand dedicated to providing high-quality, affordable clothing for all. This clothing brand has expanded its business in 33 different locations in Bangladesh. They have a wide range of collections for male, female and kids. In this report, I have given an overview of the roles of every department including my own department, outlet branding & promotion which I came to learn from my three months internship. This report portrays my internship task which I have carried out during my time period. Twelve Clothing Ltd. Provided me with ample information that I needed to complete my report for which I am thankful to them. While completing my internship at TWELVE Clothing Ltd.'s Department of Outlet Branding & Promotion, I learned a lot (a concern of TEAM Group). The duties associated with these roles are primarily related to human resources and include the expansion of the obligations and responsibilities that came with the employment. A brief overview of the key responsibilities and skills is included in the report's content.
