    Abstract
This aim of this report is to find out the difficulties by looking into the current situation of the compliance department of the ready-made garments industry of Bangladesh. This report’s information has been collected from the primary method by questionnaire from the compliance department of the garments industry. According to the report, the garments industry faces a list of difficulties in removing child labor in the workplace, followed by welfare service, workplace protections, and place conditions, healthcare and so on. There are also some difficult issues the factory has to deal with like freedom of association, extended working hours, health and safety training, violence and bullying etc. To implement enforcement there are some barriers for top management like lack of top-level funding, which is accompanied by a lack of worker knowledge of their rights and the and the low literacy percentage of the worker and the lack of involvement of the government. The findings also suggest that the garment’s owners should concentrate more on justice and quality for a long-term enterprise rather than focusing only on profit. Here the non-governmental organization’s governments and labor unions also have a role to play and informing employees of their interests. The government must have to show a firm commitment to enforcing the law on these garments. Here based on the summary of this report, I'm giving objective of the study, some recommendations and some key findings and the methods I followed. Objectives of compliance in the garments industry are effective sustainable practice for brands and garments and development of garments from core group of management by giving training time to time and follow-up to ensure effectiveness. Sustainability has many programs time to time which are not much developed at garments factory. Factories do not have good traceability which helps to identify reason of the problem/defect/poor quality work. Few sustainable practices are in factory levels which are known as good sustainable practice. But underneath it is not adding up much sense as sustainable work. Factories which have wet process or dying process in the premises do not have good waste water treatment. There are lacks of traceability of the whole garments washing process. Moreover, some Important Recommendations are given in this report. Fashion industry need to understand that “fast fashion is out of fashion”. The brands need to have proper selling plan which would not be a result of over production or over consumption. Using a piece of dress can be used for several years if it’s made long term durable. Few sustainable programs have initiated to avoid environmental disaster. But to avoid one thing we are making another problem. Like; to avoid plastic use we are using wooden made item and also promoting the use of wooden item frequently. But it is also reducing the number of tree from the planet. If we can figure out recycling plastic material, this problem can be reducing. Garments should have more traceability practice in the facility. Factories should know more about Green Wash to save environment as well as for better traceability.
