Overall HRM Practices of Kazi Farms Limited
Abstract
The internship report has been finished a component of the need for completing my Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. This report is based on my practical work experience as an intern in the Human Resources Department of Kazi Farms Limited. The first chapter provides an overview of the study, including its objectives, scope, limitations, and methods.
I performed research on the "Overall Human Resource Management Practices of Kazi Farms limited." The basic main objective of this work is to outline HR departmental operations. In this report, I have explained the HR operations of Kazi Farms Limited as well as my internship experience, and I have organized the report into five chapters.
The first chapter contains the report's context research, aims, motivation, scope of limits, and methodology.
The 2nd chapter discusses Kazi Farms Limited's company profile containing a firm overview and history, trend and growth analysis, client segmentation, goods and services, business operations, and so on.
I described HR duties in the third chapter, including talent acquisition, payroll and HR operations, performance appraisal, and legal and compliance.
However, in chapter four, I go into my internship experiences, including positions, tasks, responsibilities, new skills, academic knowledge.
Finally, in Chapter 5, I finished this report by including some important elements such as suggestions and essential understanding and other things.
