Abstract

This report will cover all the aspects of the Prospects & Problems of Outsourcing in Bangladesh. The Prospects & Problems of Outsourcing in Bangladesh are presented in this paper. This report is divided into four chapters, each with a different topic. Data-Path is the first Bangladeshi company to specialize in this type of outsourcing. In July, its mother company, Business Services, introduced Data-Path in this sector. They prefer to have their business procedures outsourced to other nations because the average wage in the United States is so high. A terrific internship opportunity came at Data-Path which allows learning a lot about the 401(K) sector and its accounting processes. Before the industry may grow, it has to overcome some significant challenges: Bangladesh received a "bad" rating from Gartner in three key areas: infrastructure, language skills and data, and intellectual property protection. Poor infrastructure, such as frequent power outages and slow intermittent internet connections, is one of the most pressing outsourcing concerns.
