Strategic Sales Management of CodersTrust Bangladesh
Abstract
The term "sales management" refers to the practice of successfully reaching sales objectives by means of detailed finance and investment forecasting. The purpose of sales management is to assist a company in maximizing the potential of its sales force and accomplishing its sales objectives in the most productive manner possible. On the other hand, many developing countries, such as Bangladesh, are shifting their attention to the digital economy, which is a worldwide market for digital outsourcing, as a result of the increasing acceleration of the digitalization process. The digitization of an economy not only spurs innovation inside that nation's service sector, but it also creates new employment prospects within the country, which in turn enables quicker economic development. Many big firms in industrialized nations such as the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia are outsourcing their IT work to countries such as Bangladesh in an effort to reduce costs and risks. This trend has recently led to a surge in the number of people seeking work as freelancers.
CodersTrust is a company that focuses on providing students from developing countries with access to microcredit and training in both soft skills and technology. The company, which is backed by either the Danish International Development Agency or the Daniela Development Fund, was founded with the mission of helping students from developing nations improve their programming abilities in freelancing sector. The primary objective of this report is to analyze the concept of strategic sales management as well as the manner in which CodersTrust Bangladesh, an organization that specializes in the training and development of skills, manages its revenue by using various sales and marketing techniques. In conclusion, some recommendations are made for CodersTrust Bangladesh based on several proven areas that have been identified as needing to be addressed such as live consultancy, improvement of client satisfaction, advanced customer responsiveness, increasing the number of campuses and branches, campaign on university in order to assist the company in increasing both their sales volume and the development of the organization.
