    Abstract
    The prime objective of the report is that, to analyze the human resource activities of Vacancy Announcement Bangladesh, client’s understanding towers the performance of the Vacancy Announcement Bangladesh, and gather the practical experience based on the theoretical knowledge. Like every financial institutions of a country, VAINBD is an online job portal and career development website also plays an important role to provide the career development opportunities and make the new generation skillful to expertise them in different areas and try to give the guild-line in their way of life. For a developing country like Bangladesh, the role of skill development provider company is so much imperative.
